The goal of Emerging Leaders of NKY is to be different from other YP groups by providing a plethora of resources and growth opportunities to help emerging leaders across the Greater Cincinnati area.
We don't charge fees or dues.
We don't have a mandated schedule or required attendance.
Resource
We want to be a resource to young professionals and put them in a position where they connect, form friendships, and thrive professionally and personally.
Social Events
We create social events where professionals can hang out and get to know each other.
Mentorship
For those who are brand new to networking or want to develop professionally, we have a mentorship program where they can work with experienced networkers to learn how to truly connect/engage and get the best out of every opportunity,
Community Service
We see the value the local community brings to all of us, and we host quarterly volunteer opportunities to give back.
Deeper Connections
We have created a resource page through DISCORD, where subgroups and people with similar interests can take their connection beyond our social events (golfers, gamers, foodies, entrepreneurs, volunteer-focused groups, etc.).
